Important Note: Backup all your important data before installing iOS.

How to update iOS 7 Beta by registering your iPhone’s UDID

Step 1: Since only authorized Apple developers are allowed to run the beta version of iOS on their devices you will first need to register your iPhone’s UDID number with a developer account.
How to register your iOS device UDID:
  • A friend who is an Apple developer can do it for you.
  • Free UDID registration websites.
  • A paid registration website.
  • If you ever tested an app for a developer and you provided them with your device’s UDID

I would recommend the paid registration service that registers your iPhone instantly. It also saves you from scammers and keeps simple.
Step 2: Download the iOS 7 beta . Make sure it is the right version required by your iOS device model by looking back of your iPhone to find it.
Step 3: After registering UDID and downloading iOS 7, open iTunes and plug in your iPhone. Go to  Summary tab and then hold the Alt key on your Mac (Shift on Windows), click on the “Restore iPhone” button.
Step 4: Select the iOS 7 installation file that you downloaded before, confirm the prompts and wait till installation is complete.
Once it is done, feel free to either set it up as a new device or to restore your settings and information from a backup.

How to update iOS 7 Beta without registering your iPhone’s UDID.

If you don’t want to  pay or give your iPhone’s UDID number to an unknown developer, you can try without registering. The previous version of iOS were not working by this free method but not it seems possible.
But next time the iOS 7 will be updated Apple may block it therefore I will recommend you to choose th first method.
Step 1: First, download iOS 7 beta.
Step 2: Open iTunes and connect iPhone to your computer. Go to Summary tab => hold the Alt key on your Mac (or Shift on Windows) click on theCheck for Update button.
Important Note: If you click on Restore iPhone, you will have to register your UDID.
Step 3: Select the iOS 7 installation file that you have downloaded previously, confirm the prompts and wait till iOS 7 installs.
Follow the instructions properly, now you can run iOS7 on your iOS device.
